a month agoFood is excellent, generous portions with great flavor! The down side is my order was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to receive the order. I wasn’t the only one waiting. They had only 2 people working & they were struggling to keep up.

3 months agoThis is some good Chinese food. The little lady who cooks and works the front counter is busy busy busy and does her job well. I would recommend take-out instead of eating in the restaurant.

3 months agoGood food, but sometimes the service is slow. However, it is worth the wait. Compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area, this is the BEST one that we have found. From General Tso's to Lo Mein, we found that pretty much everything we have ordered is very good.

3 months agoGiving Bamboo Wok a 5 star review because: a) The food is excellent; b) Some of the reviewers are quite harsh, when they really don't have to be! c) We have been there several times (thankfully we finally found them after our neighbor recommended) and every time they were excellent and did not disappoint! I could have lowered the stars, because it was a long wait after ordering on the phone, but we have to give them a break since it was New Year's Eve! I could have lowered the stars since only 3 people were working, but they did a 5 STAR job of hustling to get their customers out as soon as humanly possible! So I would highly recommend! We had spare ribs, chicken lo mein, chicken with veggies, General Tso's (chicken), steamed pork dumplings, and pork egg rolls. Everything was not only very tasty, but the portions were very big (we ordered large sizes), and it was only about 60 plus dollars for everything (tax included!) We will be back! Absolutely! Is it tasty! Yes! Thank you Bamboo Wok for all your hard work and great food, see you soon! P.S. We were NOT paid to give this 5 star review, nor do we know anyone working there (or owning it!)

4 months agoI asked for an Spicy Orange chicken dinner meal. I was charged 14.30. I gave $15 cash, and no change was provided. Why not? Then I arrive home and its only the orange chicken, not the meal, with the side of white rice. This was not what i ordered. I dont understand why theres miscommunication. The word meal was ignored, along with my change. I was not pleased. The fried rice and egg roll is comfort food. I was upset that at the end of a long day I couldnt receive what I wanted.

5 months agoPicked up some takeout on the way home for dinner. Got home and realized the pork fried rice was missing. I called up to ask about it and before I even finished my sentence the lady knew exactly what I was calling about and was waiting for my call to make me a fresh pork fried rice! To my surprise when I got there, not only was there some delicious pork fried rice, but also some special donuts that were delicious!!!! They went above and beyond to fix a mistake without even having to ask! Great place. Highly recommend going here just for the level of integrity alone. Thanks for the awesome meal!

6 months agoSomething has changed. I enjoyed my first dinner several months ago. This time it tasted awful. Artificial smoke flavor in sauce with veggies. Fried pork almost like factory made. Egg roll like miniature baked in a tortilla. I couldn't eat all of my meal.

7 months agoMy daughter and I have Celiac Disease. Bamboo has been super careful about ensuring our meals are free from wheat. The food is always hot, fresh, and great tasting. The people here are great! Thanks Bamboo Wok!
